Job Description
The Associate Specialist works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as a key contact for process owners across the United States and Canada to ensure that each and every step in an associate’s career path with Bosch is accurately reflected in our HR information platform.
Works mainly with platform and documents, to ensure the correct process and providing remote support to customers from USA and Canada.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Administration or similar
- 1 year of experience in HR general processes, mainly focused on personnel administration.
- Advanced English Language Skills, CONVERSATIONAL
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
