GrabThumbsUp is GrabFood Thailand's foodie flagship brand with the mission to enhance the national food industry. Our Account Management team is full of energy, established, and long-standing team responsible for driving the growth of important accounts. Get to Know the Role 

As an important Account Management Associate, you will build business relationships with existing and potential relationships to increase growth for GrabFood and merchants. You will lead all elements of business identification, strategy, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy. You will be reporting to Strategy Manager - Merchants & Innovation, working on site base in Bangkok Office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Increase growth in main accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV
  • End-to-end deal managing in a fast-paced environment (including working with operations, marketing, and product to ensure the success of the marketing campaigns and partnership)
  • Develop enduring relationships with main partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
  • Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Work across departments to merchant-specific needs (e.g. customized reporting for merchants, marketing support, integrations)

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in account management, business development, partnerships or equivalent role.
  • Passion in F&B industry is a BIG PLUS; from street food to casual café & restaurant to premium food to social sellers
  • VERY fluent in English. Mandarin or multilingual skills
  • Experience in communicate with divers stakeholder, with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Familiar working in analyse complex data sets to obtain relevant insights and grow accounts
  • Demonstrated working across internal and external partners.
