What You'll Do
At TubeScience, you'll be the strategic force behind client success and campaign optimization, focusing primarily on Meta platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Media Buying Mastery: Design and optimize media buying strategies, including bid optimization, budget allocation, and account structure strategies to maximize client outcomes.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling recommendations that drive client growth and campaign performance.
- Client Partnership: Lead client calls, prepare strategic agendas, and build strong relationships with both direct contacts and senior stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Independently diagnose and solve novel challenges, from testing significance issues to scaling concerns, while knowing when to escalate to management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative strategy teams to ensure aligned priorities and campaign success.
- Strategic Planning: Leverage TubeScience's resources to improve account outcomes through media buying optimization and client influence.
What Success Looks Like
- You're effectively managing and optimizing high-budget accounts ($1M+/month) across Meta platforms.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in paid social performance marketing, with 2+ years managing $500k+/month accounts
- Strong Meta media buying expertise (TikTok experience preferred)
- Data analysis skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF functions
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative to tackle novel challenges
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build clear, impactful decks
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building capabilities
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Supermetrics, Looker, or similar BI tools
- Advanced deck-building skills for quarterly business reviews
- Understanding of creative strategy and its impact on performance

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
