As a Customer Analytics Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with teams across Customer Development & Sales, Customer & Channel Strategy (CCS), BU Finance and CD Finance to help drive performance and execution. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the customer analytics agenda and enhance operational performance across the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support – Scenario planning & Performance management, including supporting customer teams with P&L reporting and ad hoc projects
- Customer Segmentation – provide financial insights to help the business shape customer strategy
- Business Reviews – provide updates to the broader business unit and assist the teams in signaling risks & opportunities to the current forecast
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted business partner in support of our CD and CCS teams
- Participate in Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings, customer specific CD team calls, monthly Risk & Opportunity and TMT reviews
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of a profitability and ROI framework that is actionable with a focus on key customers
- Develop scenario planning tools and work on business cases related to new customer opportunities
- Other ad hoc and project-based work related to customer analytics
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelors in sales, business, finance or other related fields
- Relevant business experience required (3 - 5 years) including experience in 1 – 3 core finance areas (Brand, Supply Chain, Customer & Channel Development, Planning & Analysis, Controllers) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets into concise & actionable insights
- Organized, autonomous, curious and proactive, with a desire to develop in a caring and stimulating environment. Strong bias for action is a requirement for this role.
- Strong understanding of Customer Development & Financial systems (SSAS, Evergreen, Prism, SAP, PBCS etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
