ATI Advisory is currently seeking Associate level consultants to join our company and kickstart their career in our 2024 Associate Program. 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of and interest in healthcare systems, possess the ability to rapidly learn from top industry leaders, and be eager to apply that knowledge in tackling the most significant challenges in healthcare.

For the first six months, associates can expect a balanced experience of learning and practical application. Following this initial period, associates will be chosen to join one of ATI's six specialized practices, where they will continue to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

As an Associate you will work with project teams to solve client and industry problems. This includes:                          

  • Deliverable Research & Analysis: Conducts research and drafts summary findings for project deliverables, research protocols, white papers, and presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Leads project coordination efforts, capturing and following up on action items, organizing project documentation, updating project plans, and scheduling key meetings both internally and with clients.
  • Quality Control: Provides a first-level review of both personal and teamwork products to ensure quality.
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Research & Response Support: Summarizes RFP action items and coordinates the organization of materials and team responses.
  • Content Development & Marketing: Assists in marketing efforts by drafting case studies, creating thought leadership content, and summarizing government notices.
  • Live Events: Assists in coordinating and preparing materials for live events, such as conferences or webinars.
  • Learning & Development: Enhances consulting skills and subject matter expertise through directed and self-guided training – aims to develop and share expertise.
  • Team Building: Engages with colleagues through virtual and in-person activities at offsite events and potentially travels to client sites.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, political science, health administration, public health, public policy, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant Knowledge: Demonstrated interest or understanding of healthcare policy, public health, or business consulting principles which could be through coursework, volunteer work, internships, research fellowships or previous experience.

Skills

  • Basic IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), understanding of project management principles.
  • Research Skills: The ability to identify relevant data, analyze it, interpret results, and make recommendation based on findings BONUS: Proficiency with data programming languages (R, SAS, Python SQL)
  • Writing Skills: The ability to convey a concept clearly and concisely in writing or visual format.
