Job Description
We are looking for a experienced ASSOCIATE ENGINEER, REMOTE SUPPORT, to join our dynamic team. You will provide technical support in English to our end-users, distributors, field service engineers, and integrators. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Team Leader, Remote Support in Latin America.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid Schedule).
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers by phone, email, and chat in English.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Rockwell Automation products.
- Collaborate with the Global Remote Support team, customers, and coworkers in multiple settings and complex issues.
- Document and record all interactions and solutions in the ticket management system.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of applications.
- Continuous learning in Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 6 months engineering and/or field/remote support experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to work rotating shifts according to the operation.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Knowledge or experience in the field of industrial automation and instrumentation.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation Products.
