Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior AMS (Application Management Services) Solution Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning and leading the delivery of large-scale automation (AI/ML) enabled IT Application Development and Maintenance engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of automation tools, cloud architecture, and the ability to create differentiated AMS solutions leveraging the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Design and develop innovative AMS solutions that leverage AI/ML and intelligent automation to meet client needs.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales and solution support for automation-enabled AM and AD pursuits across different business units in the region.
- Cloud Architecture: Ability to arrive at the optimal cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) for various scenarios and ensure seamless integration of business processes using diverse technology platforms.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of large-scale automation projects.
- Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and analyze automation tools to ensure the best fit for client engagements.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Automation Expertise: Strong experience in evaluating and analyzing automation tools.
- Cloud Architecture: Proficient in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Machine Learning: Strong knowledge of machine learning.
- Pre-Sales Support: Proven experience in providing pre-sales support and solutioning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Integration Experience: Experience in integrating various business processes using diverse technology platforms.
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global firm (or with clients having global presence) with a deep understanding of international markets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 15-20 years of IT consulting industry experience.
