Associate Director - Product Growth

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director - Product Growth to drive the growth of our product ecosystem. This role is pivotal in identifying data-driven opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and creating strategies to maximize product adoption, user engagement, and revenue. Product Strategy and Growth:
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze product and user data to uncover actionable insights.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and growth initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of product Ops, analysts, and other cross-functional team members.
Foster collaboration across teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and operations.
Experimentation and Innovation:
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user journeys and growth funnels.
Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership to align product growth strategies with company goals.
Communicate progress, insights, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in driving growth using existing product capabilities, leveraging data analytics.
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Expertise in designing and running A/B tests and leveraging experimentation frameworks.
Solid understanding of growth metrics and user behavior analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a tech or gaming company is a plus.
Familiarity with user acquisition channels, retention strategies, and engagement frameworks.
Understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
