Your role at Clorox:
As the Associate Director of Marketing Cat Care you will have the opportunity to build and accelerate the consumer led growth plans to deliver Litter NCS, profit and GM targets.
In this role, you will:
Rsponsibiities
- Develop and implement a three-year consumer-led growth plan that helps deliver the Litter BU NCS, profit, and margin targets.
- Mentor and develop a direct team (2-3 direct reports), as well as the cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, and driving with excellence.
- Drive priorities within the cross-functional demand creation team; Influence and enable the Litter leadership team and Business Unit to be more focused, faster, and forward-thinking.
- Support a robust cost-savings pipeline and leverage tools like Net Revenue Management, to improve margin and drive profitable growth.
- Provide input to IBP business forecasts including consumption forecast development to help achieve forecast accuracy targets
- Lead budgets to plan including A&SP and Packaging
- Nurture a passionate culture that embraces IDEA and allyship
What we look for:
Experience
- 5-8 years working in brand management, with consistent track record to drive business growth and deliver results in consumer products
- Experienced Sr Brand Managers and Marketing Associate Directors.
- CPG or Pet companies/products experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives
- Expert people manager with strong abilities to mentor and lead a team and cross functional partners.
- Previous experience analyzing data to identify business opportunities and challenges and craft an actionable plan to drive 3-year growth plans
- Has proven technical understanding of marketing priorities and KPIs ad understanding on how personalization/TLS, Omni planning, and innovation impact the business.
Skills
- Ability to influence leadership, shown through ability to advance ideas for recommendations to GM
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate sophisticated ideas to both internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and independently craft and drive plans.
Education
- BSc in Marketing, Business or any related experience.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $148,500 - $298,600
–Zone B: $136,200 - $273,700
–Zone C: $123,800 - $248,800
