Position Overview: The Associate Director of Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in driving BeOne's investor relations strategy, focusing on strategic communications. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Investor Relations, this role will partner to develop and execute initiatives to enhance communication with investors, manage related processes and materials, and work closely with key corporate functional leadership and corporate communications to increase efficiency of those processes. This role will also lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including the earnings presentation, quarterly script, Q&A and related materials, working closely with commercial, R&D, finance and legal. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in crafting the investment thesis for a growth-stage biopharma, leveraging their experience to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Provide input into the development of and execute an investor relations strategic communication framework, working with cross functional leaders, to ensure the most important aspects of the business are highlighted and clearly communicated to investors.

  • Create effective planning timelines and organizational processes to build the “muscle-memory” of earnings call materials and call readiness

  • Coordinate development of external analysis, including new slides and talking points/key messages in preparation of key investor meetings (including JP Morgan, medical conferences and presentations, R&D Day, etc).

  • Partner in the redesign of key investor relations processes and implement new controls to enhance the accuracy and speed of communication with investors across all aspects of BeOne's global business.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Investor Relations and the Head of IR – China in coordinating materials for investor outreach and other analysis.

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to drive alignment, governance, and seamless execution of the investor relations strategic communications.

Education and Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience as a sell-side or buy-side analysis

  • 8+ years of industry experience

  • SAP and BlackLine or similar experience.

  • Exceptionally strong communication and organization skills.

  • Experience working with global teams to achieve impactful outcomes.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs, ensuring deliverables, budgets, and timeline adherence.

Preferred:

  • MBA, 6+ years of industry experience

Salary Range: $135,400.00 - $185,400.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. All Company employees have the opportunity to own shares of BeiGene, Ltd. stock because all employees are eligible for discretionary equity awards and to voluntarily participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
