Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new clients, especially corporate clients, PEVC clients, family offices, etc.

  • Actively seek business opportunities such as share buybacks, shareholder dealings, block trades, and margin financing.

  • Address client requests and inquiries, manage daily operational tasks, and ensure timely execution of all activities.

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of various products offered by the company and be able to provide tailored solutions based on the specific needs of clients.

  • Engage in internal and external business development activities, identify innovative and trending financial products, and raise requests to the product team.

  • Demonstrate strong integrity, a sense of compliance, and a willingness to learn and grow

  • Contribute to increasing the company’s brand and product awareness among various clients, as well as expanding market share and penetration

  • Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of Equity sales/Prime brokerage sales or related experience.

  • Strong client development skills. Candidates with existing client resources are preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to various requests and deadlines.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

  • University degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.

  • SFC licensed with Type 1, knowledgeable about local regulatory and compliance requirements.
