The Opportunity
Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.
The Associate Director, HCP Sales provides strategic leadership and direction for sale of Lingo products, while positioning sales team to achieve sales goals and budgetary objectives in support of overall division sales and profit plans.
What You’ll Work On
- Provide leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, hiring, training, skill development.
- Product knowledge, industry knowledge, competitive knowledge, and company knowledge.
- Create, implement and communicate plans and vision.
- Set goals and monitor progress.
- Execute regional, and national strategies.
- Maintain diverse and motivated sales team.
- Recognize performance excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide feedback on performance gaps and provide coaching to minimize gaps
- Prepare employee to meet personal and company goals.
- Utilize written / verbal communication skills to provide clear direction.
- Prepare business plans, forecast and market share analysis for upper management.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Complete each year under expense plan with primary goal of exceeding each year’s sales plan. Execute sale plans/strategies to exceed sales goals and execute new product launches.
- Set example that all individuals are responsible and accountable for their actions.
- Lead Lingo HCP sales team specialists to deliver sales and contribution margin objectives.
- Drive and develop a strong, aggressive sales team to succeed in this high growth and highly competitive environment.
- Contribute margin based on driving product mix performance and managing service and sales costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree: MBA preferred.
- Required due to advanced level of responsibility, including financial analysis with P&L modeling, and executive customer and management interactions.
- Minimum 7-10 years selling experience, with at least 3-5 in medical sales.
- People management experience, especially in sales management is desirable.
- Analytical and business management skills (i.e. ability to manage a P&L).
- Strong business judgment, demonstrated leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience
- Experience in concierge, longevity and functional medicine practices.

The base pay for this position is
$127,300.00 – $254,700.00
