General Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Global Tax Reporting and N.A. Compliance, this role is primarily responsible for the tax accounting and reporting of the U.S. GAAP income tax provision and related disclosures. The successful candidate must be well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to mentor tax professionals and build relationships with cross-functional teams. This role will work with both internal and external tax professionals as well as individuals across all departments in the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the quarterly and annual global tax provision process under U.S. GAAP, including quarterly and annual SEC reporting and required disclosures
- Maintain worldwide ASC 740-10 (FIN 48) reserves
- Lead SOX 404 & internal controls documentation across tax department
- Partner with other tax team members to monitor, analyze, and interpret legislative updates and communicate to key stakeholders
- Lead process to forecast effective tax rate and cash taxes for annual budget & long-range planning
- Assist in reviewing tax return filings prepared by third party tax consultants and/or internal tax team
- Participate in tax controversy resolution
- Assist with research and modeling for tax planning projects
- Collaborate with tax and cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
- Identify and support process improvements with a continuous development mindset for both efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and mentor tax team members
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required: (Accounting or Finance)
- 8+ years of relevant tax experience; public accounting and a multi-national corporation tax department experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Requirements:
- CPA or Masters in Tax
- Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel
- OneSource Tax Provision (required) and OneSource Income Tax (required)
- Oracle, Hyperion, Alteryx, and PowerBI are a strong plus but not required
Pay Range:
$153,400 - $230,200

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
