Reporting to the Director, Field Reporting the Associate Director, Field Reporting will support the commercial reporting needs of the Sanofi US Field Sales Teams.  This Associate Director possesses thorough knowledge of the commercial data landscape and the strategic imperatives of the organization. They are an excellent communicator and collaborator. They work closely with all levels of the Commercial business.

Main Responsibilities:

Act as strategic partner to the business to ensure data is represented accurately, timely, and in a manner that enables rapid insight generation and drives action

  • Manage the development and creation of the commercial reports and dashboards

  • Establish a strategic partnership with stakeholders to better inform the use of data for commercial insights and drive executional effectiveness

  • Focus on strategic imperatives and growth opportunities to create value for the business and to contribute to Go-To-Market Transformation

  • Support business plan development by creating appropriate visuals and automated power point slides from the reporting platform

  • Integrate new data assets to provide actionable insights based on business need

  • Conduct continuous review of reports and dashboards and identify opportunities for improvements to validate the fitness-for-use of the system

  • Optimize resources through effective planning and innovative design

Maintain a Partnership Excellence mindset to cultivate trust and efficiency

  • Coordinate/partner with other GTMC functions (i.e. Data Management, Insights & Analytics, Field Effectiveness, Commercial Training) to align on insights provided to the commercial team through their reports and dashboards

  • Optimize ways of working with GTMC functions to engage efficiently and effectively with the business

  • Maintain consistent and quality communications to ensure engagement and transparency

  • Address reporting inquiries from Commercial stakeholders

  • Perform ad-hoc requests / analysis to supplement reports and dashboards where required

Provide ongoing training of reports and dashboards to enable users to confidently interpret, analyze, and gather insights

  • Develop TA-specific training topics focused on analyzing data to target the largest growth drivers and uncover business opportunities

  • Develop educational resources to support executional excellence

  • Conduct regular touchpoints with commercial dashboard Champions (those in the field that are considered experts on the platform in which the reports are housed)

  • Maintain an effective and sustainable collaborative framework between commercial training, field reporting, and commercial dashboard champions

  • Coordinate with Commercial Training team on the timing of new hire training classes and content needed

About You

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 5+ years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Reporting, Sales Operations, or Consulting experience

  • Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong detail orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively liaise with all levels across the organizations

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and comfort using those skills to drive change and alignment

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment

  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative to achieve results

  • Project management, prioritization, and decision making skills

  • Innovation and thoughtful risk taking

  • Domain knowledge of data and technology within the pharmaceutical or related industry

The salary range for this position is:

$125,250.00 - $180,916.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
