Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Director, Business Operations to join our team with a deep focus on leading change management efforts, process development & implementation, and enabling connectivity in order to drive strategic projects forward. The Associate Director, Business Operations is responsible for ensuring flawless, on-time delivery of projects by building structure and holding team members accountable. This role will be responsible for working with an internal team and will define project timelines, create communications plans, help manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate commitment and productivity on the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment
- PMP or CSM certification a plus
- Media and/or Operations experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Experience working with dynamic teams and within different disciplines
- A proven track record of leading complex projects and portfolios
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong familiarity with 0365 applications and collaboration platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skill
Key Responsibilities
- Application of the discipline knowledge to assist teams in meeting project goals, identifying areas of improved efficiency, and enforcement of best practices.
- Collaborate with central client team to manage strategic business projects, build project plans, and manage progress of deliverables, timelines & trackers
- Mange through obstacles, addressing roadblocks and updating stakeholders
- Update & maintain BCL onboarding materials, client contact lists, org charts
- Manage team collaboration tools, including providing access, manage access list
- Proactively identify opportunities to adjust existing or introduce new processes for efficiencies
- Create checks and balances to assure all work disseminated externally is of the highest caliber
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$120,000—$125,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
