Job Description
The Associate DPM supports the project management efforts to expand our capabilities to eDeliver our documents, supporting customers' increasing demands to have a paperless relationship with Allstate. The individual will involve cross-enterprise initiatives, support eBill and ePolicy efforts, gain exposure to and work with many areas such as Claims, ALR, Legal, Encompass, marketing and technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Gain deep subject matter expertise related to programs and functionality implemented/supported
• Investigate and resolve reported issues; develop reconciliation processes and stop-gap measures to help prevent future issues from occurring
• Achieve seamless project delivery and results through high performance environment, reporting on success criteria/metrics, communicating results to stakeholders, course correcting and offering innovative solutions
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and deliver planned results; provide input to key project decisions and escalate issues
• Develop business requirement documents, providing detailed descriptions of technology needs
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $76,200.00 - 134,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
