Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients. At this time we are only interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Digital Communications Manager to support the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns as well as influencer marketing programs for a variety of client accounts. This role is perfect for a social media professional with a mix of creativity, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. As a key member of our Digital Communications team, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and influencers to bring innovative campaigns to life and drive measurable results.This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful campaigns for top-tier clients while growing your expertise in social media and influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, platform-specific content, including static posts, videos, and stories, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Support the execution of influencer marketing programs, including identifying influencers, managing outreach, coordinating contracts, and tracking deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content using management platforms such as Sprout Social and Sprinklr.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate with Digital Communication Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and seamless execution of client deliverables.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative and innovative campaign ideas for clients.
Successful candidates will have the following skills & qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on paid and organic campaigns; experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their advertising features, and content formats.
• Experience with developing and executing paid social campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar) and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling social copy.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring new platforms or strategies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Tagger, Aspire, or GRIN) is a plus.
• Experience with social media mangament platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The salary range for this role is $55k-$65k depending on relevant experience, plus a generous benefits package.
