As a Customer Communications Specialist, the ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting various customer communications, including end-of-life notices, nurturing messages, and product updates. In addition, the specialist will play a vital role in coordinating the logistics for voice of customer program meetings, developing a comprehensive library of communication templates, and creating engaging newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication strategies for customer end-of-life notifications, nurturing campaigns, and product updates.

Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate customer advisory board meetings, including communications, scheduling, and material preparation.

Build and maintain a library of communication templates to streamline the creation of consistent and brand-aligned messages across various platforms.

Write, edit, and distribute content, including newsletters.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Products, Customer Care and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of communication efforts.

Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer communications, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.

Proven experience in creating and managing customer communications, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Experience in developing communication templates and standards.

Adept in creating engaging newsletters and managing distribution lists.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
