WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD), Bilingual Copywriter who is ready to elevate both their leadership and creativity, making a significant impact through work that drives meaningful change.
You will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for crafting compelling concepts and innovative copy that captures the essence of our clients' brands and engages their target audiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and other creatives to develop concepts and execute national campaigns in English and Spanish across various media, including digital, print, social, and broadcast. As a leader, you will set high standards for excellence and foster a motivated, empowered team. You'll actively contribute to ensuring every client project meets high standards, driving the change we aim to create.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct research to understand the client’s brand, industry trends, and target audience, and apply this knowledge to create relevant and impactful content.
- Write and oversee the development of advertising products in English and Spanish to build awareness of client brands, products, and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and creative staff to develop and execute the creative vision.
- Evaluate and interpret creative strategies to execute creative campaigns and projects in English and Spanish.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and that work aligns with project briefs, creative direction and strategy.
- Participate in client meetings to present and pitch creative ideas.
- Lead and mentor art directors and copywriters.
- Pushing innovative media solutions to creative challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience in areas such as advertising or marketing.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in creative copywriting for national campaigns.
- Must be fluent in English and in Spanish, for both written (writing, editing and proofreading) and oral communication.
- Strong creative thinking and conceptual skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in digital and social media platforms and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
