The Role and What You’ll Do:
The ideal candidate has transactional experience at a top law firm and/or in-house practice, including commercial transactions.

Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of complex commercial contracts for WWE and other TKO businesses, including contracts relating to live event operations and logistics, sponsorships, outbound & inbound content distribution (television, PPV, digital), social media, consumer products, licensing, production, event operations & logistics, venues, marketing, consulting, services, talent, influencers, vendors, contractors, real property, releases and waivers.

Provide assistance with respect to M&A transactions, litigation, IP management, regulatory and other legal matters.

Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to internal business units and company leadership and executives.

Research, manage, and track existing contractual obligations.

Coordinate with business, finance, and compliance departments to assist with deal development.

Provide real-time analysis and advice on business and legal issues, including questions of contract interpretation and enforcement.

Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective contract-administration and document-management processes.

Collaborate with and support other members of the UFC and Endeavor legal team and our international colleagues.

Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
You Have These:

4-6 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department.

Outstanding written and oral business communication skills.

Strong drafting and negotiating skills.

Experience with commercial transactions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility and effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities.
