ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate, Content Engine is a new role within the Chief Marketing Office reporting up to the Media, Growth and Performance Marketing team. You will join this team and support the Content Engine Lead with developing a SEO-powered content strategy to drive search across Pfizer's portfolio of commercial products. The role will aid other capabilities of the Audience Engagement team such as Influencer and Social Listening.
In this role, you will optimize content integrated with Pfizer's commercial platforms where there are gaps, managing KPIs for content channels and continuously adapting based on audience and business needs. You will also contribute to the Media Mic newsletter and other internal messages about content resonance.
The role will require working cross-functionally under the supervision of the Content Engine Lead to create commercial and marketing content across corporate affairs, CMO teams and brand teams. Additionally, you will help establish operations for Pfizer's growing media team and create agile processes for brands and commercial teams to respond opportunistically with relevant content.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Content Engine and SEO Leads to produce optimized social & digital creative content that employs & understands platform best practices and nuances
- Utilize SEO tools to develop content across priority platforms for the company
- Capture of analytics in partnership with social listening and reporting lead and measurement team to evaluate ongoing performance of content
- The individual will be responsible for supporting development and execution of strategies to accelerate and simplify how we bring digital content externally; working to create new processes that enables faster, agile review processes

- This colleague is either familiar with or will be able to quickly grasp the use of several marketing tools across different disciplines, including but not limited to Brandwatch Consumer Research, CreatorIQ, SEMrush, etc.
- Support with budget trackers related to content and audience engagement team budget
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a large matrix organization within media, marketing, or operations.
- Previous experience creating content and supporting media organizations is a plus.
- Advance level skill in Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word, PDF
- Keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated effective collaboration supporting teams
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to act without having the total picture.
- Maintain a rapid response and proactive content engine aligned to priorities
- Work cross-functionally to produce commercial and marketing content
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in media, marketing, or media agency
- Previous experience working in platforms such as Brandwatch, SEMrush, CreatorIQ.
- Prior internship experience within Pfizer a plus
Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $58,500.00 to $97,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
