Job Description
The SPS Procurement Analyst – Analyst III role exists to perform activities related to the development, maintenance, and analysis of operational and statistical data used by Management. This position also participates in the formation of financial plans and forecasts and provides answers to questions about business data to both the internal Sourcing & Procurement Solutions department and external departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations Support:

Process and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and supplier invoices.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
-
Troubleshoot procurement system issues and provide support to users.
-
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guidelines.
-
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Ariba Contract Compliance (ACC):
-
Ensure contracts are correctly uploaded and maintained in the Ariba Contract Management system.
-
Monitor and review contract compliance, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
-
Support the audit and reporting process by providing necessary data and insights.
-
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve contract-related discrepancies.

Conduct regular compliance checks and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
-
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and procurement, to manage contracts effectively.

Act as a liaison between procurement teams and suppliers to resolve operational issues.

Provide guidance and training to users on Ariba functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in procurement operations, contract management, or supply chain roles.
-
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
-
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract compliance.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in Ariba Contract Compliance (ACC) module.

Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
-
Experience working in a multinational organization or shared services environment.
-
Certification in Procurement (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
