Job Description
JOB LOCATION: Bengaluru
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: B. Tech/B.E. from reputed institutes
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-5 years of work experience on analytic work (use of advanced modelling projects and tools such as R, Python etc.). Knowledge of promotional channels and digital analytics. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings. Familiarity with the application of analytics to sales, marketing, or managed markets problems in the pharmaceutical industry
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct simple and advanced data analyses to help clients make good business decisions.
- Work on project leadership to define project scope.
- Guide the team on a day-to-day basis to meet the project timelines.
- Work with the client to gather the right datasets needed for the analysis. • Active participation in data cleaning and insights generation
- Storyboarding the insights so that it is ready to be presented to the client.
- Apply advanced statistical, econometric and optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems.
- Develop new statistical models as well as provide analysis using existing models.
- Maintain the highest standards to follow the best practices and trending analytics in pharma domain.
- Work with internal business teams to understand product features, requirements and use cases.
· Must Have Skills
- Strong understanding of AI and ML algorithms with prior experience of having developed and maintained them for clients.
- Understanding of different healthcare secondary and primary data sources in-depth • Software’s – R, Python, SQL
- Marketing Mix, Test and Control, Investment Optimization, AB testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of ownership and urgency to the tasks
- Setting internal deadlines for the team to meet the project timelines.
