Impact
GALE is seeking a goal oriented and driven Account Executive to join one of our premiere client accounts. You will play an integral role in expanding a crucial, relationship for this brand name client and seeing your efforts make a direct impact on their success.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or account services
- Passionate about the digital marketing space
- Prior experience working in a client focused position
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media, social focused content is a plus
- Familiarity with managing segments of projects or campaigns
- A love for working with clients, understanding brands and developing long lasting relationships
- A self-starter who excels at jumping into new and unknown situations and seeks to become a subject matter expert
What You Will Be Doing
- Playing an integral part in building a strategic initiative that will have broad, customer applications for a high value client
- Work with clients on supporting key campaign and event programs; fully understanding their messaging and brand direction
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the client and their industry
- Working with client leadership and cross functional teams to install new project components
- Providing client feedback on content deliverables and timelines
- Monitoring, documenting and analyzing trends, and making recommendations on how to move client’s businesses forward
- Working closely with social media campaigns, social content and event organization
- Work with Community Management regarding events
