Job Description:

What will you work on? 

The Associate Brand Manager will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day business and be the key point of contact for leading their brand(s).

Support the development, implementation and managing of the strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive consumer demand in the US Market for assigned business segment

How will you create impact? 

  • Contribute to a Brand/portfolio of Brands and drive them to exceed annual corporate goals – revenue, margin, market share, consumer demand in US Market  
  • Deliver on key functions/processes with the Senior Manager, US Marketing 
  • Complete competitive insights, market research, & trend data across the toy industry
  • Brief and manage the creation of market specific assets  
  • Insure all ‘go to market assets’ are available for US launch – how to’s, PDPs, review plans, etc. 
  • Support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
  • Oversee both industry and public facing trade shows from planning to execution
  • Manage licensor communications including gaining approvals on marketing assets
  • Analyze Weekly POS to share-out with the wider teams 
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Brand, Shopper, Ecomm, PR, Creative, Sales, etc. 
  • Support budgets, including TV/Media planning, Digital, TV/Digital Commercial Production, PR, Influencers. 

What are your skills and experience? 

  • Experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in toy, entertainment, fashion, electronics or other pop culture products.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $70,000 to $85,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
