TMA is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Impact Strategy team in either our Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL office. The Associate Analyst will help produce campaign measurement and insights to support our client’s Experiential and field marketing workstream. This role will rely on strong skillsets in both quantitative and qualitative analytic approaches – including campaign performance measurement, creative effectiveness, data mining of primary and secondary data sources, and creative approaches to event evaluation.

You have a firm understanding of the fundamentals of quantitative data analysis but are also comfortable applying qualitative approaches. You communicate well and can work effectively within a complex organization. You are a quick learner and love to gain mastery of new tools. You are a self-starter who finds the best - and sometimes new ways - to answer specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Measure experiential performance by gathering and analyzing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and summarizing into a clear narrative.
- Develop measurement plans for campaigns that include experiential, digital, paid social, and owned channels.
- Support media mix modeling data collection, validation, and interpretation.
- Work with cross functional team to clearly define client business needs and problems to solve.
- Provide insights and recommendations on monthly and quarterly reports.
- Lead internal & client calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with industry emphasis or related experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in consumer marketing or marketing measurement. Agency experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to creatively and strategically approach analytic works, often under quick deadlines.
- Able to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent narrative.
- Structured problem solving skills.
- Ability to develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner using PowerPoint and data visualization platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
