Job Description

THE POSITION:

We seek a team player who can also work autonomously in a collaborative, distributed, and cross-functional environment.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to manage projects, workflow, and priorities to meet deadlines at high quality standards.
The ideal candidate has strong research and analytical skills; thorough attention to detail; and good judgment to make decisions independently.
He/she will also have a positive, confident, and enthusiastic attitude and will demonstrate initiative in the role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and extract data from HTA submissions and reports.
- Data entry and management
- Quality assurance
Collect, organize, and synthesize clinical and economic information.
Provide meaningful analyses and insights from HTA reports.
Interpret, summarize, and present results to the broader team.
Prepare reports and analyses for internal use as needed.
Ensure that deliverables meet EVERSANA quality standards.
Keep up to date on the pricing and reimbursement landscape (US and global) as well as changes in reimbursement rules.
Stay up to date on latest news in major therapeutic/disease areas.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

0 - 1 Year of experience in HTA, market access, or health economics

Strong communication skills in English—written and oral.
Knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of global HTA agency decision-making processes
Consulting experience a plus
Strong analytical skills, Conceptual thinking, Quick Learner & Effective time management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or MS in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences
