As an Associate Advertising Specialist, you'll support the Client Success team by learning methodologies and managing advertising campaigns. Duties include building and optimizing search campaigns, drafting DSP creative, developing keywords, and conducting brand research to enhance product visibility and performance.

Advertising Specialists are the foundation of the entire Client Success function. Without you, we would not be able to collectively create the wins for our clients, channel partners and our fellow Bakers.


As a new member of the Client Success Team, you are in full on learning mode! You will learn our methodologies from the ground up and then move into your assigned Account Management team, continuing to learn on the job.


Your primary focuses are to study consumer behavior, utilizing data and insights to be able to build advertising campaigns and optimize for visibility and performance. You competently draft Amazon Search Campaigns, Demand Side Platform (DSP) creative, line items, build segment creation and find product reviews. Don't worry if you haven't worked with these before, we will train and coach you on all of the technical aspects of the job.

You provide the information the rest of the team needs to do their jobs and to feel good about being a member of the team.
