The Opportunity:

The Senior Account Supervisor (SAS) will help develop and execute the brand's multichannel strategy. The SAS will build and maintain relationships, ensuring that the client's needs are met.

You Will:

  • Lead the daily management of identified projects on assigned accounts

  • Build successful relationships with assigned clients and external agency partners

  • Collaborate with Creative Services/Strategic Services/Project Management to coordinate agency efforts on behalf of assigned clients/accounts

  • Understand and participate in assigned accounts' brand planning process

  • Identify new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts

  • Be the client advocate by articulating their strategic needs to the internal team to ensure brand/project objectives are met

  • Review creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinate client approval.

  • Write and review appropriate client documents, including statements of work, project briefs, meeting/conference agendas and reports, change logs.

  • Partner with project management to oversee project timing and budget.

  • Exceed client expectations by managing assigned accounts.



You Have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications.

  • The ability to assess day-to-day situations and make decisions based on the impact of many factors, such as quality of work, internal team, client timelines, budget, etc

  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience; agency, digital marketing, and/or pharma experience is a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$95,000$110,000 USD
