Summary
Provides clerical and administrative support to the training and development function by entering data into the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining training library, ordering supplies and assisting trainers with class preparation.
Description
Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 7:30AM-4:30PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. 200 North Dozier Boulevard Florence, SC 29501.

What You’ll Do:

Supports training department by processing information in LMS to include creating classes, completing employee information, entering test scores, registering associates, researching database for information, pulling and reviewing work instructions and researching and resolving system-related problems.

Provides administrative support to the training area.

Assists trainers with class preparation.

Prepares reviews, weekly and monthly reports. Follows up on issues identified in reports.

Assists with special projects as assigned.
To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need The Following:

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience: 1 year-administrative experience to include experience with software such as Word, Excel, Access.

Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, coordination skills. Strong analytical skills in order to evaluate existing processes/ways to streamline procedures. Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of business etiquette and protocol. Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines. Analytical or critical thinking skills.
