UTA is seeking an Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Music Operations in our Nashville office. Candidates with prior agency experience are strongly preferred to ensure a solid understanding of industry operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in the operational side of the music industry!
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Manage phone, calendar, and research for meetings
- Organize and maintain detailed spreadsheets
- Coordinate and manage travel
- Support training initiatives and track progress through structured documentation
- Handle administrative tasks, including expense reports and drafting correspondence
- Collect and compile key stories and operational highlights to share across the agency
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal and external meetings
- Track and manage contracts, payments, and operational workflows
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external partners as necessary
What You Need
- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in operations, entertainment, or within an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively improve processes.
- Professional demeanor with excellent judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
