Your role...
MIS, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager responsible for delivering results working closely with the Senior Manager, Technology. Your duties will include managing projects related to new client onboarding, technology development, and program implementation, among others.
This is an onsite role based 100% in-office at the MIS office in Maitland, Florida.
In 3 months you will...
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines and budgets for various internal- and external facing initiatives, including new client onboarding, software development and integration projects, and internal process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders and clients.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
- Build effective working relationships across departments and effectively manages stakeholder expectations. Ensures open channels of communication across departments.
To be successful, you will need...
- 2-4 years' total work experience, with 2+ years of experience in project management
- Software development process knowledge
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
- Strong command of technology
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
