Review and analyze project information to best forecast material needs and installation process. Facilitate effective communications among internal and external project team members. Travel to sites and observe work progress, document and report project status. Identify and track issues to help resolve challenges and avoid adverse claims. Prepare, review, and process submittals, samples, shop drawings, LEED information, etc. as required for the project. Maintain project logs and project files, ensuring accuracy of all pertinent data. Attend project meetings. Assist in the review and processing of subcontractor/supplier invoices. Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors required for the project. Assist in the documentation preparation of schedule of values, requisitions, etc. for client billings.

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) coordinates and directs workforce development initiatives responsive to the needs of Baltimore City employers and job seekers in order to enhance and promote the local economy.
