Sound like a familia you're ready to join? Here's the details on what we are looking for in this position:
This is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days spent working from the client’s office and the remaining days working from home.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and construction teams with project efforts and support the RFP development, bid process, and scope documentation. 

• Manage contractor submittals, RFIs, design instructions, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. 

• Oversee contracts, including change orders, invoice approvals, and schedule tracking. 

• Support cost reporting, scheduling, project setup/closeout, and field progress tracking within the accounting system. 

• Prepare budget, cost, cash flow, and project status reports, and ensure complete contract and project closeout documentation. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience. 

• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle overtime on short notice. 

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office. 

• Collaborative approach to resolving issues in a multidisciplinary project team, working effectively with owners, contractors, and project stakeholders
