Position is based in India, Bangalore.
SCOPE:
To work closely with Aerospace customers to identity more opportunities to sale products and provide technical support on need basis.
Find prospects and develop new customers.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Market and technology research pertaining to Aerospace OEM Market
- Adherence to given sales target
- Formulation of penetration strategy
- New products trials and implementation.
- Health and safety adherence.
- To identify new areas/new customers to sale our existing new products.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Field related Technical knowledge is a must.
- Capability to access the top management of the customer.
- Stimulate open climate to implement the best solutions for the business.
- Teamwork within the peer groups to achieve tasks in line with the vision of the business.
- Presentation Skills.
- 8-12 years Sales experience on coatings, sealants and aircraft transparencies will be an added advantage.
