We are responsible for the partner-driven marketing efforts (consumers/drivers/merchants) of all Grab services in Thailand, namely GrabFood, GrabMart, JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabBike, GrabExpress, GrabPay and others. Get to know the Role:
The Marketing Assistant Manager is to lead marketing strategy and planning for Grab services namely Mobility, focusing (JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabBike(Win), all Saver services) and new business for consumer, creating go-to-market plan, working with Performance Marketing team on media to achieve acquisition target. Most importantly, continuing to retain and grow existing users to become royalty users to maintain the market share.
You will report to the Marketing Manager, Mobility, and come with marketing strategy background with solid logical thinking with experience from FMCGs or strategic planning roles in agencies. You will need to plan the strategy while navigating through the chaos and taking hands-on actions promptly.
This role will be onsite and based in the Grab Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Consumer Marketing:
- You will define the marketing strategy and the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept brainstorming, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and improve in between campaign activities.
- Manage reporting across marketing campaigns, using data to improve campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Achieve business growth across local target segments nationwide through acquisition and retention programs by working with the demand planning and operation team.
- Work with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events for Grab.
- Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to lead insight into how consumers are using our platform and translate these insights into campaigns.
Success metrics for the role:
- Business growth (GMV, Revenue).
- Brand funnel and imagery.
- NPS (Net Promoter Score) for Consumers.
- Achieve driver acquisition target.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience with experience in FMCG/ agency in the strategic planner/ consulting background/ brand marketing or marketing communications.
- You will have experience developing strategies based on Grab's goals and market needs, anticipate challenges and create solutions to ensure the success of campaigns.
- Experience managing People and prioritising resources to meet targets
- You will have experience in above-the-line and below-the-line marketing channels to plan and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the Thailand market and media landscape, with an ability to obtain and apply consumer insights.
- Experience using and analysing data to inform marketing plans and campaign improvements.
- Experience in English skills, written and spoken in ensuring clear articulation of ideas and strategies.
