JOB PURPOSE

You are required to Deliver strong, competitive and market beating growth through strong analytics of market and sales data that translates to insightful diagnostics and market strategies and actions.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Conducting sales diagnostics, analysis and taking proactive action based on insights.

Conducting in-depth analysis of category and brand issues/opportunities and conducting reviews of trade category management plans with brand teams.

Rigorously driving S&OP for the respective categories by collaborating with cross functional teams.

Landing innovations related to the categories by being the single point of contact for any activities on trade level.

Contributing to developing the perfect store by being the single point of contact for merchandising team. Review and updating perfect store strategy for channels on regular basis.

Developing expertise on shoppers and customers by analyzing shopper and consumer behavior at field/channel level.

Being responsible for the usage and management of TTS budgets and delivering category return on investment.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Candidate should:

Have a bachelor’s degree.

Have 3-5 years FMCG industry exp. with background in Category Management.

Possess strong understanding of customer operations and channel drivers.

Have strong business and financial acumen.

Have proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and ability to influence through strategy story-telling through data and insights.
