- To ensure contract review of Orders
- To follow up with MRP / SCM / Production and sending SO wise status update to Customers
- To prepare and sending request for ABG & PBG
- To plan & work towards achievement of Sales Plan for the month
- To conduct Project kick off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big orders
- To co-ordinate the Conversion of Valves / PTN preparation and Follow up with operations
- To ensure diversion of Valves Equivalent / Near Equivalent Valves for urgent requirements
- To work on the Order amendment Offer Submission and amendment of order
- To follow up with Customers for pending document approval and keep ready approved documents for inspection
- To Co-ordinate with TPI and QM for arranging inspection of valves Release Offer List
- To arrange TCs & relevant IRN from QM Submit & obtain approval from customer
- To update Tag No. details, Commercial details in the Sales Order before dispatch
- To issue Painting & Packing instructions Raise Pre-DI. Co-ordinate with Customers & Production team for special arrangements.
- To arrange & Co-ordinate Painting & Packing inspection with Customers & QM
- To prepare & Submit Proforma Invoices wherever required for advance payment collection
- To co-ordinate with SCM/Planning/Production for Special delivery and Overdue orders
- To release OBD (Out Bound Delivery) after completely ascertaining completion of Inspection, IBR & Packing
- To execute the Spares dispatches and necessary follow-up with Planning, Production, Stores & Dispatch
- To check and arrange for payment of TPI Agencies
- To follow-up / Keep track of LD orders, LD waiver requests with necessary justification and final payment
- To prepare necessary MIS reports
