THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Manage Inventory and Costs: Approve and monitor supply requisitions to balance quality, usage, and cost control.

Drive Operational Excellence: Supervise daily functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and profitability objectives.

Uphold Cleanliness and Sanitation: Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and kitchen areas meet sanitary standards.

Lead and Develop Your Team: Oversee staff with a focus on diversity, training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Maintain service standards and brand consistency for a superior guest experience.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

2 years of prior relevant experience in Stewarding, Kitchen Management, F&B Operations, or similar.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks, and manage operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and quality under pressure.

Experience working in large-scale resort settings, with an understanding of the complexities involved in managing multiple kitchens and large teams.

Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
