YOUR MISSION
Position Summary & Key Objectives
- Drive Teamsport Sales in South India (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana State, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala) for Cricket, Football and Indoor sports.
- Develop business with academies, sports infrastructure, institutions, and special projects which are into cricket, football and indoor (badminton and padel).
- Develop a comprehensive distribution and dealer network in the region to maximize reach and sales.
- Scouting and appointment of new distributors and dealers in the territory.
- Liaison with marketing team to build visibility, improve awareness to drive secondary sales.
- Achievement of sales targets through effective planning, tracking of secondary sales and budgeting.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Leverage Teamsport Product line to achieve goals.
- Achievement of sales target for Teamsport
- Explore Product Categories as per market requirements.
- Tie-up with grassroots and youth development programs across the region.
- Build and grow replica business of Bengaluru FC and RCB
- Explore Bulk Order/ Customization opportunities from sports association, academies and institutional clients.
- Build Military business for TeamSport in the region
- Maximize business across MBO and institutional sales
- Work closely with Marketing for effective activations and on pitch visibility
- Partnering with Marketing to Plan and monitor Campaigns and leverage all marketing assets
- Working with product, training, Visual Merchandising , marketing, logistics teams from other departments to ensure that the right product is available at the right time and all client needs met
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Own the P/L for the given accounts
YOUR TALENT
Qualifications and Functional Competencies
- Experience in Teamsport Sales – Good market connections with distributors, dealer, associations, academies, clubs and franchises.
- Working knowledge of Teamsport Products
- Successful previous experience is sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
