Assistant Manager, Private Client

Type: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)
About the Role
Are you ready to step into an excellent role, working with a specialist team that delivers tailored services to wealthy families, family offices, and owner-managed businesses? As an Assistant Manager in our Private Client team, you will oversee a portfolio of private clients, ensuring seamless management of trust structures while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
This role is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise in trust structures, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to drive innovation and success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of private clients, covering diverse trust structures.
- Taking on additional responsibilities and tasks to meet client and team needs.
- Acting as a technical expert on client structures, staying up to date with regulatory requirements and legislation.
- Building strong relationships with business partners, colleagues, and clients.
- Communicating openly and professionally with clients within CSC's SLA agreements.
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members to support their development.
- Reviewing aged debt, monitoring cash collections, and ensuring accurate client invoicing.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services across various jurisdictions.
- Innovating and improving daily processes for greater efficiency.
Your profile
We're looking for a confident and experienced individual who is ready to lead and make an impact. You'll need:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within fiduciary services or private client administration.
- Qualifications: Studying towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong academic background, proactive mindset, and the ability to handle tasks independently.
- Knowledge: A broad understanding of fiduciary products and regulatory requirements.
