Job Description
Get to Know the Role:
This is a pivotal role within Grab, tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the quality of users on our platform which in turn affects the user experience on the platform. In this role, you will be providing analytical insights, taking a strategic stance on policy frameworks, and ensuring a superior user experience across all facets of the Grab platform. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented strategist who can handle data with proficiency, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in a collaborative environment aimed at continuous improvement. If you are someone who enjoys challenges and has a flair for strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making, you will find this role both stimulating and rewarding.
You will report into the Manager, Platform Quality & Experience and hybrid working in Malaysia.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
- You will adopt a strategic lens in carrying out tasks, involving planning, envisioning, and executing initiatives that improve platform quality and user experience over both the immediate and long term.
- You will undertake a comprehensive analysis of the user journey, pinpointing areas for improvement.
- You will use real-time, on-ground feedback from cross-functional teams to fine-tune processes and user experience.
- You will execute insightful analyses of the platform's policies, using these insights to strategically improve overall governance.
- You will maintain high user quality standards across all partners and stakeholders by enforcing strict adherence to key behavioral metrics.
- You will liaise closely with various teams (Strategy & Projects, Marketing, Commercial Teams, Operations Teams, Tech teams, Grab Support) to craft and implement strategies and rectify areas needing improvement.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Consulting, Strategy, or as a Business Analyst, which is highly valued.
- You have exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication, both of which are critical requisites for this role.
- You have strong attention to detail, which is a must.
- You have a proven ability to interpret data, identify gaps in current processes, and devise and implement strategic improvement plans.
- You have proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data effectively.
- You have familiarity with Python or R programming, which is a significant advantage in data-related tasks, though not a requirement.
