Responsibilities:

  • Develop warehouse planning, talent development strategies, work plans, and execution based on the company's development layout and business strategy.
  • Manage internal and external warehouses, including storage logistics management, storage space allocation, and warehouse workflow planning.
  • Supervise warehouse operations such as goods inspection, receiving, inventory management, and stocktaking.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for internal teams and external logistics partners, handling communication, coordination, and emergency response.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
  • Provide regular reports to management on warehouse-related cost analysis, problem analysis, and propose improvement plans based on current conditions.
  • Lead a team of 15+ members, fostering team cohesion, providing career development guidance, and offering training when necessary.
  • Conduct risk management, identifying potential risks, and formulating contingency plans to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (experience in medical logistics is a plus).
  • Must have warehouse planning and management skills.
  • Proficient in information control and logistics cost analysis.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and familiarity with relevant operations.
