Position Description

The candidate will be responsible to formulate marketing strategies to drive business growth for the Wealth Management Business of CITIC Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited. The candidate will also act as coordinator and project teammate to consolidate requests / feedback from all business units and make suggestions to senior management.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing strategies to drive business growth for the Wealth Management Business with limited budget;

  • Develop and lead the marketing function for executing a wide range of marketing activities and programmes;

  • Develop digital marketing solution, e.g. website, social media, search engine, KOL, forums, apps to implement sales and promotion campaigns;

  • Manage, prepare and update corporate marketing materials e.g. eDMs, brochure, newsletter, product catalogue, press release, client notice etc.;

  • Create educational content, webinar and live streaming;

  • Work closely with all relevant functions to establish marketing strategy, plans and policies;

  • Conduct marketing research and analysis to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns;

  • Negotiate marketing agreements, contracts and materials with different external parties;

  • Keeping track of new financial products and global market trend;

  • Maintain the Corporate Website for Wealth Management Business (www.citics.com.hk);

  • Act as coordinator and project teammate for all business units to consolidate requests / feedbacks from all business units and make suggestions to senior management;

  • Participate in Ad hoc assignment / projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines;

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferable in financial industry or brokerage/securities firm;

  • Experience in Strategic Marketing Planning in large corporation is a definite advantage;

  • Experience in Website revamp / promotion in WeChat or familiar with PRC media is preferred;

  • Excellent marketing sense and project management skills;

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills;

  • Creative, hardworking, independent, self-motivated, mature, Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines timeline;

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin in both spoken and written including Mandarin;

  • Strong PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, graphic design tool such as Photoshop & Illustrator and Web Based Applications is preferable;

  • Candidates with more solid experience will be considered as Manager
