Get to Know the Team

Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food and package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a hands-on person to anchor a portfolio of growing Strategy & Product Operations responsibilities in Indonesia. You will report to the Strategy Planning and Go-to-market Manager. You will work in hybrid at our Jakarta office. If you are looking for a place where you can grow your strategy, and up to the challenge, then you should join our team!


The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Conduct market sizing and estimation for new projects
  • Partner with team members to develop and implement projects
  • Collaboration with Vertical & Territory team to update performance and project collaboration
  • Prepare action plans to increase demand and strengthen supply
  • Conduct competitor intelligence and product benchmarking
  • Solution and collaborate with related partners to troubleshoot client queries
  • Create in-depth analysis of each channel and KAM pipeline and whether this will cover the target Gap
  • Analyze Transport & Express special projects performance

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Min. Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience in Project Management or Business Development/Partnership
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office
  • Ability to assess, make decision, and provide solid recommendation based on business condition, data and analysis
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness, passionate in making positive impact in emerging markets, and can quickly adjust
  • Integrated personality with result oriented
  • A collaborative person equipped with people management skills that allow one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
