About this role
This role is to support respective markets in managing their financial operations effectively and is crucial for ensuring financial stability and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization by delivering accurate data, insightful analysis, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
You will be responsible for the:

Preparation of monthly management reporting processes (various reports including landing reports, O&R, working capital and cash flow), and decks for the related review meetings

Support forecasting and planning processes and reporting needs

Preparation and submission Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan

Responsibilities in reporting systems, with a required expertise in financial management

Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies

Creation accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partners

Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested
Leadership responsibilities:

Partner with In-market Finance team and FC team

Partner with business functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, to support delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment

Partner to the senior collaborators, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planning

Provide insightful, user-friendly information to support business conversations.

Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well.
May provide guidance to new team members or lead workstreams of projects as applicable.
