Job Summary
Utilize cutting-edge technologies to collect and analyze review data, survey data, and social media data. Deliver data analytics solutions to uplift sales strategies, customer engagement, revenue generation, process optimization and achieve business objectives with insights gained from customer insights and data.
Drive towards to achievement of financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
The Job

Responsible for delivering data analysis, generating customer insights, and identifying business opportunities to support D2C customer growth and business development

Analyze and evaluate business performance, conduct financial forecast and budget, identify opportunities and threats, recommend action plans, and conduct monthly review with senior management

Formulate the business plan with necessary data analysis for senior management review

Develop sales reporting frameworks to monitor digital sales performance and insights

Analyze funnel performance and drawing conclusions that optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid and non-paid media channels

Work closely with Finance team to ensure each KPIs in the P&L are fulfilled and to optimize the revenue and expenses to achieve the desirable IRR for the business model

Define and create business datamarts/datasets, measures, KPIs and dashboards to empower data analytic capability across functional teams

Translate business idea into a sound financial model and provide business proposal for senior management decision
The Person
-
University graduate major in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
-
5+ years of solid experience in financial planning and/or business analysis in the Insurance industry
-
Possess proficiency in data management and information usage
-
Knowledge in Python or SQL as programming languages and hands-on experience with data visualization tools e.g. PowerBI will be a plus
-
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Knowledge in insurance products and operation process is preferred

Good computer skills in Word, Excel PowerPoint

Fluency in verbal and written English communications
