Job Description
Get to Know the Team
The Group Marketplace team supports country teams in managing driver supply, pricing, marketplace strategy, product rollouts, and special projects. We often work with large datasets, deriving insights to create applicable solutions. There is minimal bureaucracy, allowing a quick turnaround from insights to decisions and execution.
Get to know the role
You will develop quality and engagement strategies to increase overall supply size, productivity, efficiency, and engagement of Deliveries delivery-partners., You will provide an analytical approach to decision-making and execution.
You will report directly to the Marketplace Senior Manager (Deliveries). You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will work on Deliveries delivery-partner quality and engagement processes. You will experiment and implement projects to ensure platform reliability for GrabFood, GrabExpress and GrabMart.
- You will improve scalable operational processes solving delivery-partner efficiency, delivery quality and retention programs.
- You can “connect-the-dots”, and understand both on-ground realities of the business and the narrative of data from multiple sources
- You will analyze the performance of owned projects and communicate main results across multiple partners.
- You will work with different teams and departments to support goals and projects of Grab as a whole, when relevant to delivery-partners.
- You will support vertical teams in launching new projects
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 or more years of experience in management/strategic consulting, telecommunications (product/vertical management), marketing, booking apps, online payments/e-wallets, F&B/QSR, eCommerce or startups preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (can perform complex functions) is required.
- Proficiency in SQL and. Knowledge of Python is a huge plus.
- Able to make key business decisions and provide rigorous, data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
