- Our Shareholders, Al Muhaidib Group and Abunayyan Holding founded ACWA Holding in 2002 to spearhead public-private partnerships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the utility sector by founding ACWA Power. In 2018, we rebranded Vision Invest to align our mandate with Vision 2023. Our journey has taken us beyond the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, extending across the GCC and beyond.

Role Purpose and Summary
- Support the implementation and management of data engineering solutions to drive the adoption of data-driven insights across the organization. Contribute to the development, integration, and optimization of data systems, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and drive the adoption of emerging technologies within the data space
Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering, data management, or related fields; Experience in financial services, investment management, or technology sectors is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Key Responsibilities: Role Specific Technical Responsibilities
- Data Integration and Development:
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and systems to integrate data from various sources
- Support the transformation and preparation of data for analytics and reporting by ensuring data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions
- Assist in building and maintaining scalable and efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to enable easy access to data for business intelligence and analytics
- Technology Integration:
- Contribute to the integration of emerging data technologies and platforms within existing systems
- Support the deployment of data tools and work closely with business teams to ensure successful integration with operational processes
- Help manage data tool configuration and data pipelines, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient
- Assist in training employees on new data tools, ensuring adoption and proficiency across departments
- Data Systems Management:
- Oversee the management and performance of day-to-day data systems, ensuring that they meet the data accessibility, security, and compliance needs of the organization
- Implement regular monitoring and performance checks for data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Help ensure data systems adhere to industry standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and security at all times
- Assist in vendor management related to data tools and technologies, ensuring service delivery and system performance
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, provide support, and ensure seamless integration of data solutions across business functions
- Provide technical support to internal teams and assist in troubleshooting data system issues
- Participate in the identification and resolution of data-related issues, including inconsistencies or gaps in data quality
- Compliance and Security:
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity and compliance teams to implement appropriate security measures for data systems
- Ensure that data practices meet all internal compliance standards and industry regulations, including data privacy laws and standards
