The Job

  • Identify market segment opportunities and formulate the cross-selling/ up-selling strategy of each segment

  • Formulate cross-selling models with key stakeholders in the products, channels, and other product marketing teams

  • Manage strategic projects / business programs, define projects objectives, justification and expected key result, execute initiatives prioritization for business roadmap

  • Design and build the end-to-end customer journey and strategies for acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, as well as customer engagement and retention

  • Maximize the use of data, review customer behavior analysis and monitor campaign performances on regular basis to drive leads and sales

  • Provide CRM analysis and insights on customer behaviors and to automate CRM activities

  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned

The Person

  • Bachelor degree holder

  • Minimum 6 years working experience in Marketing (Relevant experience in banking or insurance is preferred)

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Strong numerical sense

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • CRM experience in Salesforce is preferred

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
